General Theory Of Relativity V/S Higgs Boson

We are going through wrong process to extract God Particle (Higgs Boson).Einstein never says regarding collision of two mass by the velocity of light squared, which convert into energy.But In LHC(Large Hadron Collidor) of Cern,Jenewa,two protons are collided at the velocity of light squared.

Only a single particle (here referred to proton or m ) moving at the velocity of light squared
can be converted into energy.The hypothesis of God particle is true.God particle is the door of the conversion of lastest and lowest mass into energy while mass is fragmented at velocity of light squared. In other words,while fragmentation of a particle during moving at c2, when a particle has lowest mass and after this lowest mass,there is no mass and mass becomes equivalent to energy.This is the actual stage of god particle.

There is nothing like Higgs Boson because we can’t get god particle without going through a single proton,not double.

Presently,we are teasing the theory of Einstein as if E= 2mc2 ,not mc2.If we collide two protons at the velocity of light squared,we will surely get a particle but this will be not god particle because in this collision,mass can’t be equivalent to energy.Mass can’t be converted into energy.Some mass will be left.In other words,present process of LHC to get god particle is breaking the theory of Einstein.In this theory,mass doesn’t become zero and what we get result is not energy.This is something different and thus breaks the theory of Einstein.In other words,energy is beyond the mass,not equivalent.In this condition,this may be that there is stage of zero only for energy or the stage of zero beyond the energy or before the energy but after the mass.So the Einstein’s theory collapses.

Next fraction of massless particle(mass equivalent to energy) and energy after Big Bang created God Particle.But as per present process of LHC, there is no something like mass equivalent to energy and there is no clear concept of energy.In this condition,nothing like Big Bang can occur and consequently,there can’t be next fraction which can create god particle.

Article 370 was applied temporarily in the State Of Jammu & Kashmir but it is existing still.It was natural and circumstantial to apply article 370 in Jammu & Kashmir because without article 370,Kashmir was not ready for its accession in India.So withour article 370,Kashmir could agree with Pakistan if Pakistan would provide Kashmir such ”special autonomy.” But it’s really amazing because 60 years have passed but the article 370 is existing still . Due to politics on ground of communalism,Govt could not be able to remove this article.

All provisions of this article can’t be removed altogether at a time but some provisions can be removed,which are listed below:-

(i) Dual citizenship can be removed because fundamental rights of Indian Constitution are applicable in the state of Jammu and Kashmir also.Fundamental duties and directive principles of state policy are not applicable.If fundamental rights are applicable ,then people of other states must have right to take part in the elections to the state assembly as this is a fundamental right and must have power to acquire,own and dispose of immovable property in the state of Jammu and Kashmir because this is fundamental right which is also applicable in J & K.

(ii) The power of High Court of J & K can be increased in the matter of issue any writs as well as in the matter of declaring any law unconstitutional.Because the people of J & K can’t move to high court in matter other than fundamental rights.As you know that fundamental rights are limited.But all other rights have no less importance.But for the protection of such all other rights,the people can’t move High Court.The politicians and govt of J & K want to keep people suppressed so that they can not have the power and sense to take part actively for the state matter and can be engaged in communalism.

This is another matter that there is ”special autonomy” for J & K.But this is the main matter that there is democracy in J &K.So judiciary of state can’t be seized from its power.So High Court of J & K must have the power to declare any law unconstitutional passed by state assembly.The state assembly can pass such law which can agress communalism and the HC will have to remain mute.

Supreme Court can’t take part in such interference because there is special constitution for the state passed by its constituent assembly on 26 Jan 1957 which separates this state from remaining territories of India but High Court is also the integral part of state of J & K.High Court or Judiciary is parallel and similar to Govt or state assembly in any state if Democracy exists in that state. It seems there is no democracy in J & K.

The people of J & K will surely accept such amendments.But govt and politicians of this country and said state only want its benefit, so article 370 is still existing or some provisions which are listed above have not been removed.
